PURPOSE
The purpose of the PRIDE AWARD PROGRAM is to seek out and recognize
individuals and/or groups who distinguish themselves by performing selfless
acts of kindness or other humanitarian deeds outside their role in the
Collision Industry.
ELIGIBILITY
Any
individual, business organization, or group employed in a Collision
Industry related segment such as collision repair facility, vehicle
manufacturer, supplier/vendor, educator, insurer, independent appraiser
or trade association is eligible to be nominated.
NOMINATING PROCEDURE
Complete
this Nomination Form, providing the full name and address of both the
nominee and the nominator. Or by contacting the National Auto Body

or the PRIDE AWARDS Committee by e-mail at

Provide a description of why you think this individual, business
organization, or group deserves consideration.
Once your nomination is received, a PRIDE AWARD Committee member
will contact you for further information about your candidate. Should
you prefer, you may attach a detailed resume outlining why you feel the
nominee is deserving. Additional
articles and news clippings my be included as well.

The deadline for submission of all nominations is September
15, 2008.
JUDGING The AWARD
The
PRIDE AWARD winner(s) will be chosen by an independent panel of judges
representing a cross-section of the industry, appointed by the NABC
PRIDE AWARD Committee.
PRESENTATION OF NATIONAL AWARDS
The NABC PRIDE AWARD winners will be recognized at the Collision
Industry Night of Achievement held in Las Vegas, NV. November 2008.
